In a Paris train station, Lexi Peters makes a startling discovery that sends her on a life and death journey, bringing together a group of people who all have a secret. But is she ready for the fear, torture, and death that lie ahead? Can Lexi survive the Assassins Wall?

Amanda Dubin takes you on a suspense-mystery-thriller-adventure ride that keeps you guessing what will happen next as you travel all around Paris.

Assassins Wall is the first in a trilogy of books.

I could not get past the first 3 chapters. Though others may like the story enough to push on, I found the prose riddled with passive voice and overuse of "to-be" sentences where more active ones would do. This is too bad because the story builds on an interesting concept. With a rewrite this intriguing story would garner more appeal.

different....didn't see author's twist coming
Very much like all great stories, it captured your attention and imagination from the first page. Exceptional and detailed research of locale and characters provided interesting reading. If you are SCI-FI fan, you wii not be able to put this book down!
This book is a breath of fresh air. Most Sci Fi is written in past tense. Assassin's Wall is present day with a modern feel. I'm able to relate to it better. Once you hit the second part it's a roller coaster of nonstop action. I highly recommend this to all readers.
I just read this book on a flight to DC. It grabbed me from the first page. The author is incredibly descriptive, and I instantly got lost in the story. I was right there in Paris with the characters every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who likes fast paced mysteries with lots of unexpected twists. There are a couple doosies in here! Happy reading!
An exciting, fast-paced read that takes the reader on a beautifully narrated thrill ride into the unexpected. The premise is refreshingly original and authentic. I hope there is a sequel coming soon! Highly recommended, especially if you are bored of stories where you can guess what's coming next.
An International mystery that brings together 4 of the most unlikely strangers, who have a limited amount of time to prevent a cataclysmic event; which unbeknownst to them, will impact the entire human race!

What starts out as delightful tourist adventure by young Lexi as an "American in Paris", quickly morphs into a page turner that has you constantly wondering if the sleuth skills of an American, Englishman, Frenchwoman and a MiddleEastern man are random acts of luck, or part of a masterful plan of a higher design...

Dripping with literary detail, you are transported to the streets of Paris! The only thing missing, are the actual smells and sound.
This is the first book of a new series by author Amanda Dubin. It offers varied characters with special talents who come together to solve an intriguing riddle set inside a train station in Paris. There is a slow build up but stick with it--the payoff is a Big Bang of a shocker!!!! Looking forward to the next in the series!!!
Other books by this author worth reading are "Last Stop Earth" and "Universe Olympics".
